Overview

After reluctantly returning to her tourist-trap hometown of Roswell, New Mexico, the daughter of undocumented immigrants discovers a shocking truth about her teenage crush who is now a police officer—he’s an alien who has kept his unearthly abilities hidden his entire life. She protects his secret as the two reconnect and begin to investigate his origins, but when a violent attack and long-standing government cover-up point to a greater alien presence on Earth, the politics of fear and hatred threaten to expose him and destroy their deepening romance.

It has only been 20 years since Roswell was a sleeper hit on the WB, so I guess I didn't think we needed a re-boot. It hadn't occurred to me just like I never thought we needed another version of K-Mart, but Wal-Mart seems pretty popular. Back to the show, so even though it wasn't on my list of TV projects to make if I ran Hollywood, I am so happy they did. Even though the story might not always seem fresh, it is apparently a story I love and NEVER get tired of. It seems we should always have sexy aliens from outer space on TV. It is also surprisingly easy to care about alien orphans who ...
