This is a movie of a theatre performance one-man show from New York, featuring Derek DelGaudio. Although he performs a couple of card magic tricks, this is more about the fascinating stories and exploring the idea of self. There are a couple of interesting illusions that made me smile and the finalé is heart-wrenching at times and some witchcraft. I loved the idea of the log book – there looks like some creative stories about how people imagine the show ending – and the parable of the blind men and an elephant was provocative.
